1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy aims to provide users of the website www.budimka.co.rs with clear and transparent information on how Prehrambena industrija Budimka (hereinafter: Budimka or the Controller) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.Budimka respects the privacy of its users and processes personal data in accordance with the Law on Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (“Official Gazette of RS”, No. 87/2018), as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable.
