Homemade Vanilice with Budimka Apricot and Apple Marmalade
Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 400 g flour
- Budimka apricot and apple marmalade (for sandwiching)
- Powdered sugar (for dusting)
Preparation
- Whisk the butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until you get a creamy mixture.
- Add the egg and continue to whisk.
- Gradually stir in the flour and knead the dough. Let it rest for about 30 minutes.
- Roll out the dough and cut out small circles using a mold or a glass.
- Bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes, until lightly golden.
- Cool the cookies and sandwich them together with Budimka apricot and apple marmalade.
