Triangles with Budimka Cherry Marmalade

Ingredients

  • 1 pack of puff pastry
  • Budimka cherry marmalade (one teaspoon for each triangle)
  • 1 egg (for brushing the edges and surface)
  • Granulated sugar (for sprinkling)

Preparation

  1. Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut it into rectangles.
  2. Place a teaspoon of Budimka cherry marmalade in the middle of each piece.
  3. Brush the edges with the egg, then fold them over to form a triangle.
  4. Brush the top of the triangle with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
  5. Use scissors to make a small cut at the top of each triangle.
  6. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Cool for a few minutes… if you can resist. 😊
