Triangles with Budimka Cherry Marmalade
Ingredients
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- Budimka cherry marmalade (one teaspoon for each triangle)
- 1 egg (for brushing the edges and surface)
- Granulated sugar (for sprinkling)
Preparation
- Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin and cut it into rectangles.
- Place a teaspoon of Budimka cherry marmalade in the middle of each piece.
- Brush the edges with the egg, then fold them over to form a triangle.
- Brush the top of the triangle with egg and sprinkle with sugar.
- Use scissors to make a small cut at the top of each triangle.
- Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 12 minutes, until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes… if you can resist. 😊
