Oatmeal with Greek Yogurt and Budimka Blueberry & Vanilla Spread
Ingredients
For 2 servings.
80 g rolled oats
200 ml milk (or plant-based alternative)
100 g Greek yogurt
2 teaspoons Budimka Blueberry & Vanilla Spread
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
A pinch of cinnamon
Optional: blueberries, almonds or chia seeds for topping
Preparation
In a small pot, combine oats, milk and cinnamon.
Cook over low heat for 5–7 minutes until creamy.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly.
Add Greek yogurt and honey, then gently mix.
Divide into bowls and add a spoonful of Budimka Blueberry & Vanilla Spread on top.
Decorate with fresh blueberries or almonds.
Budimka tip:
For a cold version, prepare overnight oats: mix oats with milk and yogurt in a jar, add Budimka spread, close and refrigerate overnight.
For extra protein, add a spoon of peanut butter or hemp seeds.
